Brighton defender Tariq Lamptey is heading to Ajax whose English striker Chuba Akpom is himself on the move to Champions League club Lille. Ajax, who were also in danger of losing Jordan Henderson to Monaco, are realigning their squad having confirmed their place in the Europa League play-offs on Thursday night. The Dutch giants are ready to pay a cut price £1.5million for 24-year-old Lamptey with the pacey full-back out of contract this summer.
